The flipped classroom dynamics can either be good or bad depending on the student. Wished it had a better theoretical base on the later classes about the Kalman filter and the LQR. The project consumes a lot of time but it's very satisfying to actually do a project based on real engineering and control aspects! Good investment overall.

This course attempts to condense a broad range of identification and control theory into a single period rather than focusing on a specific area; unfortunately, this results in most topics being covered superficially.

The teaching method is unconventional: instead of live lectures, you have to watch pre-recorded videos of varying quality (mostly bad) and then you need to use AI models to generate your own practice problems, as no official exercises are provided. While the professor is very nice and sweet, this does not seem to be his primary area of expertise.

The learning model is a bit different from the conventional one. The professor provides videos about the material, and you watch them at home. On Fridays, you can ask your questions and consolidate the content.

The evaluation model consists of five tests, but not all of them count toward your final grade. You can also choose to take the final exam instead if you prefer. However, the tests aren’t difficult.

The professor is nice and provides a lot of study material.

The teacher was very enthusiastic about the subject. The concepts can be difficult, but the evaluation is fair and accessible The labs are very well planned by the teacher and are easy to follow

The professor is very open to answer any doubts, so engaging with him is highly recommended

I didn't liked the way the professor taught the classes, but he was always available to help if we had any doubts. The lab is the strong point of the course, it's challenging but you will learn a lot.
