You have to submit a weekly report on a seminar (20%), complete a pair project (50% report+presentation), and take a final exam (30%). It’s a typical lecture-based course: the classes are extremely dense, and the professor spends most of the time talking about philosophy and abstract concepts that are hard to understand. I didn’t learn much about how public policies are actually implemented, only the theoretical thinking behind creating one.
