The course was very interesting, and it is easier for those who have previously studied management or economics. The main difficulty is remembering the terms in English if you originally learned them in Portuguese.
The project is not difficult, as it mainly involves applying what you study for the exam, and tools like ChatGPT help a lot (with data collection). The exam is easy as long as you practice problem sets and past exams.

Good course on finance basics. You can pass with two tests and they are always similar to the previous years. There is also one project but the groups are big so the workload is very distributed.

Me personally, I really liked this course. You get a condensed information of valuable concepts about financial. This is like finance for engineers. You learn discounted cash flows, calculating equity values, analyzing balance sheets. The skills you learn are actually pretty damn valuable, not only for personal investments, but even to manage finances of a company or analyze financials of companies. So in my honest opinion this was one the BEST courses I ever took in terms of what is lectured and teached.
I give 4 stars because if the professor was better this could have been simply...
