I did this course in Taguspark.
The theoretical classes professor Luís Veiga was fantastic. The course was very interesting and the project was a lot of fun to work on.
The project focused on configuring a Linux image, setting up your services, load balancer, autoscaler, using instrumentation data and deploying everything and stress testing to ensure you can respond to the workload requests.
I think there's a bit too many topics to cover and we end up glancing over a lot of them. I would prefer a more focused approach on fewer...

Project
The project statement really incomplete and vague about what needed to be done. Not in the sense that there was a lot of freedom and you could make your own decisions, but more like important things were just missing. You have to attend a bunch of office hours before you actually understand what you’re supposed to do. Luckily, Professor Luís Veiga cares and helps a lot, but it really shouldn’t be necessary (I feel like the SEC Prof also cares, and still we didn’t need to go...
Disclaimer: Although people look at the course name and see 'Cloud', don't forget that there's also 'Virtualization' in the name. A lot of people enrolled in this course thinking they'd just learn about the Cloud, only to find out that half the course covers low-level subjects. Keep that in mind.
Teachers
The course was taught by Professor Luís Veiga. He's a decent professor, but teaches at a very fast pace. I think that's necessary given the amount of topics covered.
