Law in Economics and Business

Very easy and very interesting. Classes are useful as all questions on the midterm and exams are very related to what is discussed in class.

Actually liked the course, but the exam is harder than I thought. They really look for random pieces of information you’ve never seen before. I ended with 16 (overall), but you also have a midterm before which is worth 6 values. I recommend asking for notes for this but at the same time complement them by seeing the powerpoints and doing the optional quizzes online. ANDDDD do past exams/midterms, the teacher often repeats questions.

Interesting course and easy to get a good grade. However if you want to have a great grade you should go to the classes since there are details in the exam that the teacher spoke about in the classes. In order to study i uploaded my notes and the slides to ChatGPT or Gemini and asked them to make a multiple choice quizz and did that several times in order to train. You can also ask to make the multiple choices with justification to study for the exam.

Tip: go to the classes -the stories of the professor help to remember the topics. On my exam, one of the stories appeared. Going to the classes (being present) and studying for the exam is enough to have a great grade. The materials were not what I was expecting, especially because we don't really study the laws of Portugal but more general laws, which I think it makes it easier.

The midterm is multiple choice whereas in the exam you must justify your answers. The teacher is great and I think the most important thing is to go to classes take notes and you will have a great grade. The PowerPoint in Moodle are a bit confusing.
