Organizational Behavior

Classes are not mandatory. However practical classes have quizzes in which the best three grades out of four quizzes count directly to the continuous assessment. The group project is simple but requires effort and time. Exam is pretty easy, but sometimes grades may not be the best as teachers are very strict grading the open questions.

In terms of assessment, it consisted of: exam + group work and quizzes in practical classes. I considered the material easy, and the grades given to the group work and the exam were quite good. Overall, I would say it's an easy course, good for improving your grades. The PowerPoints have all the necessary information, so I would say it's not worth attending the theoretical classes since in the practicle classes the professor already does a summary of the theoretical.
