Nanotecnologias

As a meec major, this course is easy, but could be more turned to the electronics part, instead of focusing so much on the biology part of it. The evaluation is easy, with homeworks, quizzes and a presentation. However there are subjects that the teacher encourages you to know, that given your masters area, aren't that easy to understand or you don't have the right bases for it (biology concepts).

I liked lot how the the course was structured, including how the grading process was made since the teacher took into account homework, quizzes and a presentation it was very complete. I also liked the teacher, Joao Pedro Conde, he was very charismatic, fun and approachable which made the course more enjoyable. We had a visit to a nanotechnologies lab, that was also very important to trully understand the topics talked about in class. On the last, I wanted to say that the reason I give this course a 3 out of 5 stars is that Im from MEEC and I felt that the topics talked about in class were...

The course doesn't make sense being in the electronics master. It is a course that focus 95% on biological applications, almost no applications regarding electronics itself. The workload is okay. It's easy to pass this course.
