The theoretical classes are interesting, and cover the different types of medical imaging. The professors provide all the slides, but the book can help you understand some difficult concepts better. There are weekly group oral evaluations in the lab sessions, in which you present the code developed based on the guidelines provided, about a specific imaging method. The exam can be divided in two parts, one taken at the end of P3 and the other at the end of P4. I would advise to do it this way, since you can focus on just half the information at a time.

The course itself is very interesting, you learn about the imaging methods used in medicine, CT scan, PET, SPECT scans, X-rays, ultrasounds, etc. The theoretical classes aren’t mandatory and can be a bit boring because it’s 2h but just studying the slides (and the book for more in depth knowledge) is more than enough to understand the subjects and get a good grade on the exams.
50% of the grade is the exam or two tests and 50% are 7 labs where you use python to solve the exercises posted, you have a week to solve then you go to a lab where in 15 min you explain the exercises and what you...
