If you want to improve your skills in what is related to customer segmentation, CRM implementation, and gamification campaigns, this subject is exactly that. Every week, you go step by step on how to segment and target your audience, the KPI's that you have to use to analyse your campaign, and also the different ways to make your audience engage and be loyal to your brand. The project is a little intense because you have deliveries every week, but it's the best way to learn.

The contents are very interesting and the professor is very good and enthusiastic! The group work can be a bit of work but it is interesting (usually with a real company that attends the last session). Online sessions every 2 weeks.

3 team session online and respective deliveries, work with excel for data analysis, more free time since online sessions substitute some 3 hour classes, exam easy and high grades 17-19.
