The onsite classes are just a bit of a review of the strategy notions and the discussion of the simulation, the professor will also share some tips for the simulation so it is worthy to go.
The simulation will take a longggggg time to prepare every week. The presentation needs to be 100% consulting style.

The professor is very engaging and knowledgeable. Although the course was presented as advanced, the content itself did not cover many particularly new or innovative concepts. The group project was extremely demanding and, in the end, did not fully reward the effort invested, as grades were determined based on the relative ranking of each group’s performance. The final exam does not truly assess the knowledge acquired during the course as it mainly focuses on applying a few frameworks and concepts to a case study that is released only 48 hours before the exam.

The simulation requires weekly decisions, so it's helpful to find an efficient way early on to make the decisions, also demand forecasts are very important in the simulation. Regarding the group project, since it's about the strategy throughout the simulation, don't overlook the initial plan just because it isn't graded and during the simulation pay attention to your competitors because it will be important for the realized strategies on the final project.

The professor was barely understandable with weak slides as well as little agreeable or fair when it came to grading.
