Mental Models for Strategy

Mental models are abstract representations of reality. They provide a map to identify critical problems and develop solutions. Following a mental model approach, the course will equip the participants to examine firm´s strategies and obtain valid answers to related questions. Participants should possess basic understanding of concepts of strategic management.
