Teorias do Património
Descrição
Objectives
This curricular unit aims to provide a global perspective on the evolution of concepts about heritage and rehabilitation practices, connecting the history of architecture and construction with the main theories and conventions on intervention in heritage. It is intended that students acquire the theoretical and critical foundations for any work in the area of heritage, namely in the framework of rehabilitation operations, whether they are research projects, or intervention projects. The goal is to introduce the foundations of an investigation applied to the history and theory of heritage built from the constructive matrix in the perspective of an informed intervention, framing the architectural work in the dynamics of artistic production and urban culture.
