Objectives
Understand the relationship between environmental management and sustainability. Design and implement environmental management systems in a holistic manner, namely environmental management instruments to assure high environmental performance and environmental sustainability in organizations also covering its products.

Main approaches and instruments for environmental management; (2) Environmental management systems, systems analysis, dynamics and metrics for environmental sustainability; (3) Development of standard environmental management systems; (4) Approach to sustainable environmental management; (5) Sustainable environmental management. Leadership and Leverage in environmental management supporting: Energy and carbon neutral; close water cycle; material cycles cradle to cradle; ecosystems services; environmental risks and resilience; Application to complex systems; (6) Perspectives, potential and limitations for sustainable environmental management.
