2.Know and test tools of collaborative blue governance:

a) Awareness and preparation of students to the understanding of key aspects and conceptual framework that supports collaborative blue governance;

b) Acquisition of tools for the operationalization of collaborative blue governance;

c) Development of competences in the structuring and conducting collaborative blue governance in practice;
d) Understanding and competences in blue governance mediation and conflict resolution;

3. Know how to operationalize and promote community entrepreneurship innovation:

a) Awareness and preparation of students for the understanding of key aspects and conceptual framework that supports community entrepreneurship;

b) Capacitate students to use community-based entrepneurship as a tool to potentiate marginal and deprived communities, empowering them.
