At the end of this UC students should:
1. Understand the Bayesian paradigm, its elements and its application to make inferences under this paradigm;
2. Doing Bayesian modelling to explain observed data, its formulation and computational implementation;
3. Understand the need for a differentiated statistical treatment adapted to spatial data, whose nature depends not only on what they measure but also on the location where they are collected;
4. Apply spatial statistical methods to analyse health data.
