Objectives
To develop the student's ability to think strategically about a firm, namely about its competitive position, how to obtain sustainable competitive advantages that will allow the firm to capture the preference of its target markets, and how the chosen strategy can be successfully implemented and executed; and to develop the student's skills in applying strategic analysis and choice in a variety of industries and competitive situations.

1. What is the strategy? 2. Macro-environment analysis 3. Industry analysis 4. Internal analysis 5. Business strategy 6. Corporate strategy (diversification, internationalization, and development) 7. Strategy evaluation
Cross Competence Component
The project will allow the evaluation of soft skills, especially with regard to critical and innovative thinking (e.g. creativity, critical thinking), interpersonal skills (e.g. written communication, teamwork, leadership) and information and media literacy (e.g. document structuring, information search and management, selection of appropriate sources), but also to some extent with regard to intrapersonal skills (e.g. time management and stress) or global citizenship (e.g. tolerance and openness). The percentage of the transversal competences component should be around 15%.
Ethical Principles
All members of a group are responsible for the group's work. In any assessment, every student shall honestly disclose any help received and sources used. In an oral assessment, every student shall be able to present and answer questions about the entire assignment and solution.
