It's an interesting subject because it's specific to the Industrial Management course. The professor is knowledgeable in the topics and is approachable. The tests are very easy but a bit confusing...nobody really knows what to expect, what's correct, etc. Because it's a theoretical subject, the grading is a bit loosely done, which led to some illogical grades. There are some study materials. And going to class was pretty pointless, so avois going to them
