Sistemas de Representação Geológica e Geográfica

The aim of the course is that students be able to: create, integrate and analyze geological and geographic data in order to extract specific information useful for carrying out studies within earth sciences tematic areas.

Students should acquire skills for the creation, integration and interpretation of spatial and descriptive data from the Earth surface, using software tools that provide the basis for spatial analysis in the fields of the applied geology, engineering geology and environmental geology, environmental engineering, land managment and others.
