Provide students with knowledge in design of water distribution and wastewater collection systems. Throughout the semester, students should acquire the following skills:

• Capacity in estimating design flows

• Capacity of knowledge of materials and accessories supplies used

• Capacity in the hydraulic calculation of flows in networks

• Capacity of knowledge and characterization of the components of the networks

• Capacity in more sustainable ways of managing networks

• Capacity of designing the different organs of the systems
