Objectives
The Entrepreneurship and Business CU aims to create the basis for each student to see himself as a potential entrepreneur, capable of creating his own job and to develop his business with success.
Syllabus
The CU will have 3 ECTS and the classes will be theoretical-practical. To achieve the above objectives, the Entrepreneurship and Business program will cover the following topics: ̶ Concept of Entrepreneurship; ̶ Entrepreneur and Manager; ̶ Leadership, personality and motivation; ̶ The business creation: the idea; ̶ Because you will be a success; ̶ Continuous and disruptive innovation; ̶ Business strategy; ̶ The relationship between production cost and sales value; ̶ Calculation of fees; ̶ Forms of financing; ̶ Business plan ̶ Cash Plan ̶ Economic and financial analysis of companies ̶ Stock market analysis.
Cross Competence Component
During the classes, case studies will be presented for discussion with students on how to solve problems in order to develop critical thinking and establish problem solving strategies. The assessment percentage associated with these competences should be around 20%.
Ethical Principles
All members of a group are responsible for the group's work. In any assessment, every students shall honestly disclose any help received and sources used. In an oral assessment, every students shall be able to present and answer questions about the entire assignment and solution.
