The course offers a decent high-level introduction to emerging markets in Asia, especially India, which is genuinely interesting at first. You get exposure to a range of smaller companies through case studies, which can be engaging if you’re specifically curious about niche businesses in these markets. However, the overall insight remains quite shallow, and beyond a few general takeaways, there’s not much you can really apply or build on.

The exam feels quite disconnected from the course content, with rather random and sometimes questionable questions that don’t reflect what was actually...

Sometimes it's a very basic and simplified view on Asia's Economy. If you really want to deep dive, it's not the right class for you. Everybody likes the professor a lot but I am not quite sure why. Not high workload
