Family Business

I really liked this course! The outline includes family systems, family business ownership, succession, non-family managers, and governance. As someone whose family owns a family business, I found it very interesting to study all the different perspectives. I probably also liked it so much because the professor Alexandre Dias da Cunha was also great.

The professor organizes his classes very well, gives great practical examples, and even show us some funny videos. At the end of every class, he does a Kahoot to test our concentration, so attending every class is important. He only counts your...

The professor is really interesting and the classes are really good. The only thing is that these classes occur at 8am which is a bit tough. But I believe it's worth.

easy course to take if you want very high grades, although not very relevant or interesting if you do not plan to join a family business yourself. if you have less points to bid this is an easy course to get into.

Mandatory quizzes in almost every class. Interesting topic and very good professor. Not easy to get a really good grade in my opinion.
