Strategic Errors in Organizations

During classes we analyse real, sometimes it could get a bit boring, but overall it was a very interesting course. For example, we see Mayday episodes in class and then analyse everything and debate. Sometimes it seemed that we were not really "learning" anything specific, but then it all will make sense and it is very interesting. Distinguishing error from mistake, and understanding that an organization is in constant learning. As a management student, it help putting situations into perspective.

The classes are nice and engaging. Although the material itself is mostly just one case study after another. Would have chosen something else if I had enough points during bidding.

Passionate prof, good to learn about big picture topics in field of decision making. Group project has strong influence on final grade and requires some intense research. If you are in a good group (groups are randomly assigned), overall, you should be able to score 18
