Description
Objectives
Basic knowledge of Technical Design as a communication language in Engineering. Learning of stroke and reading of plan projections and skills in free hand stroke. Representation by elevated projections applied on ground intervention works. Use of graphics systems in the design of ground works. Introduction to BIM and practice of BIM base tools.
Syllabus
The Technical Design in Engineering (application, standardization and plan projections). Hands-free practice, on reticulated and smooth paper, of orthogonal projections (isometry and views). Representation techniques based on cuts, sections and dimensions. Introduction to elevation projection and representation of the surface ground and implementation of engineering works. Use of a CAD system in the preparation of system grid stracings in plant and longitudinal profile. Knowledge of BIM methodology and capacity to model buildings and equipment in the area of sanitation.
Prerequisites
No prerequisites for the frequency of the curricular unit.
Cross Competence Component
Intrapersonal and interpersonal skills acquired in the development and presentation of the work. The percentage of assessment associated with these skills should be around 10%.
