Ambientes Inteligentes

I really liked this course. It’s well organized, simple but still educational, and it’s easy to get a good grade if your group puts effort into the project.

  Prof. Miguel Pardal is a great lecturer, really enthusiastic about explaining things in detail. He’s always willing to help and gives constructive feedback, even when things aren’t going well. I didn’t find the theoretical classes that important though. I attended most of them, but they weren’t really game changers for the mini-tests.

  The labs felt a bit overwhelming since they were 3 hours long and kind of mandatory,...

Well-organized, easy, interesting, and different.

The lectures can be a bit dull at times, but the topics are interesting. The tests are very manageable.

The project is extremely open-ended, which can feel overwhelming due to how vague the initial brief is, but once your topic is defined and approved, it becomes quite doable. You can choose to do a low- or high-level project — it's up to you.

Lab sessions are essentially project support, and you can schedule other times for help.
