Objectives

Get the participants to integrate the information technology into the fundamental rights. It´s intended to identify the relevant provisions in the field of fundamental rights and it´s legislative and jurisprudential development. It will be considered in particular the themes of protection of personal data and privacy of private life. To allow an extensive knowledge of the sources of international law applied in the Portuguese legal system.
