Cibercrime (Fdul)

Objectives

The Law n. 109/09 (Law on Cybercrime) transposed the Framework Decision on attacks against inform ation systems and adapted the law to the Convention on Cybercrime. The objectives of this course are to provide a detailed critique of the Cybercrime Act, both at the substantive level (cybercrimes), and adjective level (procedural).
